SWAN Support Group - Support With Additional Needs- Stoneycroft Children's Centre
Monday 9.30am-10.30am: 'SWAN' is an informal group which takes place every two weeks. The Group will provide you with the opportunities to meet with other families and to share advice/ experiences. We will also have a monthly guest speaker from external agencies who will discuss what extra support may be available to you. (Book your place).
