Healthy Start Vitamins
If you are pregnant, or a child aged 0-5 and are registered with the Healthy Start Scheme you may entitled to free Womens and Children's Vitamins. You can apply online at
https://www.healthystart.nhs.uk/how-to-apply/
Once you apply and receive your healthy Start Vitamin Card in you can collect Women's Vitamins or Children's Vitamin Drops, you can collect them from Clubmoor Children's Centre Reception.

Collect from reception any day. Please bring your Healthy Start Card and also your child's red book if you are collecting children's drops.
