Healthy Me Course

Healthy me is an 8 week accredited course and supports families to make healthy lifestyle choices

This includes cooking  healthy family meals on a budget, looking at food labels, portion size and how what we eat, our physical activities and sleep patterns can affect our  mental wellbeing.
