VIP (Visually Impaired People) Club.

This club is held on a Tuesday (10am-3pm), for blind and partially sighted people of Merseyside. They take part in adapted sports and physical activity such as cycling, football, cricket, goal ball, running, walking and much more. They can also get involved with, mindfulness and meditation, dance and yoga, independent living and quizzes and games. Other activities include music, singing and music lessons. It is a great place to keep fit and make friends. The centre is fully accessible and have trained staff and volunteers who have care, compassion and empathy. Food and refreshments are available.
